In 2003, BikeTiresDirect.com was launched with the goal of providing the best selection of bicycle tires found anywhere on the web, combined with outstanding customer service and competitive pricing. The result: customers loved it!
With that success came growth; more product categories, more tires, more of everything. To make it easier for customers to find the products they want, three new web sites were launched in 2010:
The basic principles are still the same: great selection, great service, great prices. Our management and staff are cycling enthusiasts that use the products they sell. We are located in Portland, OR, one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. Everything we sell is stocked in our warehouse - not like some of the other web sites that have to order the products from a distributor or manufacturer after the order is placed- which means we can ship the order the same day it is placed as long as it is received before 2:00PM Pacific Time (5:00PM Eastern).
The shopping cart is shared between these sites so you can shop from all our sites and create a single order. Our VIP buyer's club is also shared so any VIP points earned from one of our sites can be applied on your next order from any of these sites.
Every product we sell has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If a product doesn't meet your expectations simply return the item in new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price. For more details please see our Returns/Exchange Policy.
Products bought from us carry the full manufacturer's warranty. If there is a warranty issue we will handle it directly with you and deal with the manufacturer on our time, which means you get the fastest service possible.
